ICT Academy of Kerala ( ICTAK ) has been appointed as VMware IT Regional Academy for Kerala. ICTACK is a Social Enterprise created in a Public Private Partnership model (PPP) for imparting ICT skills to the youths of Kerala and improve their employ-ability opportunities in the Industry.
As part of this engagement, ICTAK & VMware will work towards empowering faculty and student community in the coming months by :
- Setting up VMware Certified Professional ( VCP ) training centers in association with academic partners. Students enrolling at these centers will be able to take up VCP courses at ZERO cost and would also be eligible for a 70% discount on VMware certifications
- Offering VMware Academic resources to its academic partners, there by faculty & students will access VMware products, developer tools and other learning contents.
